The Valparaiso University men's swimming and diving team dropped a 117-76 decision to Wisconsin-Green Bay in Green Bay on Saturday afternoon.

Bob Schmidt (Lakeville, Minn./Lakeville H.S.) posted the Brown and Gold's lone individual victory of the meet. The sophomore won the 100 freestyle by .47 seconds in a time of 48.47 seconds.

Dan Johnson (Palatine, Ill./Fremd H.S.) earned a second place finish in the 1000 free with a time 10:39.37. David Peterson (Schererville, Ind./Highland H.S.) also tallied a runner-up finish, doing so in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:16.09.

Valpo (1-2) will take two weeks off before returning to the pool December 4-6 at the Mid-Continent Conference Swimming and Diving Championships held in Indianapolis, Ind.
