A pair of home dual matches and several tournaments comprise Valparaiso University's 2004 fall men's tennis schedule which was released on Monday.

Head coach Jim Daugherty's squad will open play September 17-19 at the Ball State Fall Tournament before heading to Bradley's Invitational on September 24 and 25.

The Crusaders will entertain Wisconsin-Green Bay on Brown Courts October 1 and Cleveland State two days later in the only dual matches on the fall slate. Valpo will then host their annual exhibition Alumni Tournament October 9 in conjunction with Homecoming weekend. The fall schedule concludes with individuals competing in the ITA Omni Regional Championships in Ann Arbor, Mich. October 21-24.

Valpo finished the 2004 spring season with a 6-15 overall mark in dual play and a fourth place finish in the Mid-Continent Conference with a 3-3 record. The Crusaders advanced to the Mid-Con Tournament semifinals before falling to IUPUI.
