Joshua Lee (Yellow Jacket, Colo./Montezuma-Cortez H.S.) and Todd Goodrick (Rochester Hills, Mich./Rochester H.S.) were both named to the All Mid-Continent Conference Teams from Valparaiso University following the completion of the Outdoor Track and Field Championships this past weekend.

Lee was crowned the Mid-Con long jump champion after turning in a leap of 23'9 ½", the second best mark in school history. As the event champion, he earned a spot in the NCAA Mideast Regional Championships on May 28. The senior also ran a leg on Valpo's 4x100m relay that finished fifth.

Goodrick placed third in the shot put with a toss of 49'0 ¾". The senior also holds Valpo's second best distance all-time in the event, setting that mark earlier this season.
