Due to frigid temperatures, Valparaiso's scheduled home baseball opened slated for Wednesday afternoon at Emory G. Bauer Field against IPFW has been postponed.

The two schools have not announced a make up date yet.

Valparaiso (2-8) will return to the diamond this weekend for a four-game series against South Dakota State. The series will begin with a doubleheader on Saturday beginning at noon and will mark the Crusaders' home opener, and will conclude with another twinbill on Sunday at noon. All four games will be broadcast live on www.sportsjuice.com.
