Due to steady rains in the Northwest Indiana area, Sunday's scheduled baseball doubleheader between Valparaiso and UIC at Emory G. Bauer Field has been rained out.

Due to league policy, the games will not be made up.  Valparaiso (17-21, 5-3 Horizon) will return to action on Wednesday evening as the Crusaders host Notre Dame at U. S. Steel Yard in Gary, Ind.  First pitch is set for 7 p.m.
