Aaron Leavitt is in his third year as Valparaiso's assistant director of sports media relations.

In his role, Leavitt is responsible for disseminating information to the media, composing media guides and game programs, maintaining statistics and updating the Valpo athletics website. In addition to men's basketball, Leavitt also works with the Valparaiso volleyball, men's soccer, cross country, track and field, bowling and softball teams.

Leavitt returned to Valparaiso following a stint as the media relations assistant at the Mid-Continent Conference. He previously served as a student aide and student assistant in the media relations office at Valpo during his four years as a student. A member of the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), Leavitt graduated from Valparaiso with a bachelor's degree in sports management in 2006.
