The Valparaiso University softball team will be holding a day camp on Saturday, October 1 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Valparaiso University Softball Field.

The fundamentals camp will work on all aspects of the game of softball. Participants will work with the entire Crusader softball team and coaching staff and learn drills and fundamental skills related to pitching, hitting, base-running, fielding, and team strategies.

All participants will receive a t-shirt, lunch, and an off-season packet of information that will prepare them for the 2006 season.
