The Crusaders look to definitively win the Horizon League regular-season conference title on Tuesday by taking on last-place Loyola. With a Crusader victory, Valpo will not only win the conference but, more importantly, host the postseason conference tournament with a possibility to secure a NCAA tournament bid.

From tip-off to the closing minutes, the Crusader victory was never in doubt. Thanks to Ryan Broekhoff, Valpo jumped ahead early and never looked back blowing past Cleveland State. With their second victory over Cleveland State this season, the Crusaders are in first place and control their own destiny.

The ValparaiZone upped its intensity this past weekend and was a vital force in creating the explosive atmosphere that helped the Crusader men's basketball team's victorious efforts against Youngstown State and Cleveland State.
It's quite simple. Attend any home athletic event on campus (Eastgate Field, Emory G. Bauer Field, Brown Field, Softball Field, and the ARC) and swipe your student id card before the game starts. Each game is worth 5 or 10 points and there are increasing point levels for the school year. When you reach a new level, you receive a prize and/or giveaway. The top 3 students with the most points at the end of the school year become members in our Hall of Fame.
