Amy Palash (Winfield, Ill./Saint Francis H.S.) earned Mid-Continent Conference Offensive Player of the Week honors for the second time this season after leading Valparaiso to two victories in the opening weekend of conference play.

Palash began Mid-Con play with a bang, hitting a stellar .462 with match highs of 16 kills and 12 digs at UMKC, leading the Crusaders to a sweep of the Kangaroos. Palash also paced Valpo with 18 kills at Western Illinois while picking up 20 digs for her eighth double-double of the season.

Palash previously earned Mid-Con accolades for her effort at the Blue Demon Invitational. Overall, the Crusaders have received five Mid-Con awards this season.
