Bova Receives Player of the Week Honors

Katie Bova (Milwaukee, Wis./Divine Savior Holy Angels H.S.) has been named the Mid-Continent Conference Offensive Player of the Week for her efforts at the WMU Fall Kickoff Tournament.

Bova recorded her second career triple-double against Central Michigan, posting 40 assists, ten kills, and ten digs. She also registered three blocks and two service aces while hitting .600 for the match.

Versus Western Michigan, Bova tallied 39 assists and nine digs, while adding four kills and two blocks. For the week, she led the Crusaders with 13.17 assists per game and 3.17 digs per game, to go along with a .400 hitting percentage.
