Tamra Braun (Savage, Minn./Prior Lake H.S.) received All-Tournament Team accolades from the Mid-Continent Conference Tuesday after recording two double-doubles during the conference tournament.

Braun started the tournament strong, leading Valparaiso to a 69-48 win over UMKC in the first round. She put up 18 points, a career-high 16 rebounds, and four blocked shots against the Kangaroos.

Braun continued her stellar performance the next night, notching her eighth double-double of the season in a losing effort against top-seeded Western Illinois. Braun tallied team-high performances of 10 points and 12 rebounds while helping to hold league MVP Zane Teilane to 11 points and seven rebounds, both well below her season averages.
