Prep: A two-year letterwinner for the Comets ... earned All-Conference and All-Region accolades as both a junior and a senior ... individual conference champion both years ... led Comets to team conference title in both 2006 and 2007 ... team finished runner-up at regionals in both seasons as well ... also earned letters in track and field, volleyball and basketball ... a three-time All-Conference athlete on the track ... also a two-time All-Region honoree ... won conference title in one mile and two mile runs as a junior ... finished as runner-up in both events as a senior ... an Academic All-State honoree ... a member of National Honor Society.
