2010 (Track and Field): Paced Valpo in the 400m dash in both the indoor (1:08.04) and outdoor seasons (1:07.24) … marked a personal-best of 30.37 seconds in the 200m dash at the Horizon League Indoor Championships … posted Valpo’s top time in the 400m hurdles (1:12.72) and as a part of the 4x400m relay (4:23.80) at the Horizon League Outdoor Championships.

2009 (Track and Field): Posted top time indoors in the 800m run of 2:39.08 ... did not see action during outdoor season ... earned a spot on the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll both semesters.

2008 (Cross Country): Competed in three races for the Crusaders as a sophomore ... kicked off season at Crusader Open ... ran best 5K time of her career at Evansville Invitational, crossing line in 21:55.43 ... also ran for Valpo at Horizon League Championships ... earned Horizon League Academic Honor Roll mention for both the fall and spring semesters. 

2008 (Track and Field): Competed in sprints and middle distance events as a freshman for Valpo ... third-fastest Crusader in the 400m dash both indoors (1:07.12, HL Championships) and outdoors (1:08.01, Ted Haydon Invitational) ... also registered the fourth-best time in Valpo history in the 600m run during indoor season (1:55.67, Findlay Classic).

2007 (Cross Country): Ran in two races for the Crusaders as a freshman ... debuted at Crusader Invitational, running the 5K in 23:16 ... cut 38 seconds off of 5K time at Boston College Open, crossing line in 22:38.

Prep: Did not run cross country for the Panthers ... earned four letters in track and field and two in volleyball ... captain of track team as a senior ... a member of sectional champion track squad as a freshman ... earned All-Conference honors in the 300m low hurdles as a junior ... received All-Conference Academic Award in 2006 as well ... part of Panther volleyball team which won regional championship in 2005 ... named to All-Conference team as a middle hitter in 2006 ... Executive Board member of Oswego's National Honor Society ... also a member of the National Art Honor Society.
