2008 (Cross Country): Competed in five races for Valpo, running among the Crusaders’ top-five on four occasions ... came within two seconds of career-best 5K time at Evansville Invitational, crossing the line in 19:18.56 ... was the third-fastest Valpo runner at the Horizon League Championships, again breaking the 20-minute barrier with a time of 19:56.39 ... was the second Crusader runner across the line at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, taking the 8K course in a time of 24:39.5 ... named to the Horizon League Academic All-League squad ... earned Horizon League Academic Honor Roll recognition for both the fall and spring semesters.

2007 (Cross Country): Ran in five races in first season at Valpo, finishing as Valpo's third-fastest runner in all five meets ... kicked off Crusader career with a time of 20:22 over 5K at the Boston College Open ... lopped over a minute off of time to run a season-best 19:16.51 at Evansville Invitational, good for a 22nd place finish ... also registered a top-25 finish at the Horizon League Championships ... third-fastest Crusader at NCAA Great Lakes Regional, completing 6K in 23:51.28.

Indiana: Did not compete in cross country for the Hoosiers as a freshman.

Prep: A four-year letterwinner for the Shiners ... qualified for state meet in 2004 ... won Ohio River Valley Conference championship in 2004 ... earned All-State 1A honors that same year ... earned All-Semistate honors in 2004 as well .. received All-Regional accolades in each of her last three seasons and All-Sectional honors all four years ... named team's Most Valuable Runner in each of her four seasons ... received Top Scholastic and Top Athlete awards at Rising Sun as a senior ... also earned four letters in track and field ... team Most Valuable Runner all four seasons ... qualified for states in the 1,600m run as a sophomore ... a two-time sectional champion in the 1,600m and 3,200m runs ...
