2023 (Cross Country): Started the season with a 5K time of 19:54.9 at Valpo’s Winrow Open on Sept. 1... Stopped the clock in 25:35.8 in the 6K at the Redbird Invite on Sept. 15... Had a 6K time of 25:54.6 at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 13... Finished the 6K in 25:42.2 at the MVC Championship on Oct. 27... Rounded out the season with a 6K of 25:01.5 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 10.

2023 (Track & Field): Had her outdoor season best in the 3,000 at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic (10:54.11)… Posted her outdoor season best in the 5,000 at the Meyo Invitational (18:26.79)… Finished the 3000 steeplechase in 11:54.19 at the Clark Wood Open… Earned Valparaiso University Presidential Academic Honors… Named to CSC Academic All-District Team.

2022 (Cross Country): Finished the 6K in 25:34.12 on Sept. 16 at the Spartan Invite... Finished second on the team with a 5K of 19:33.4 on Sept. 30 at the Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational... Again was second on the team with a 23:10.3 in the 6K at the Oct. 14 Bradley Pink Classic... Led the team with a 6K of 23:35.4 at the MVC Championship on Oct. 28... Finished out the season with the team’s second-best 6K by crossing the finish in 23:46.5 on Nov. 11 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

2022 (Track & Field): Had the team’s best 3,000 steeplechase of the season at 12:02, a time that came at the MVC Outdoor Championships... Part of the team’s top distance medley relay that posted a time of 12:48.39... During the indoor slate, set PRs in the 3,000 (10:59.47, Windy City Rumble) and the mile (5:25.47, ISU Open)... Earned Valparaiso University Presidential Academic Honors.

2021 (Cross Country): Started her season with a 5K time of 20:31.4 at the Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 3... Finished her first 6K of the year in 24:22.5 on Sept. 17 at the Illinois State Invite... Posted a 5K of 21:36.3 at the Notre Dame – Joe Piane Invitational on Oct. 1... Finished the 6K in 24:38.7 at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 15... Posted a 6K time of 25:42.2 at the MVC Championship on Oct. 29... Finished the season with a 6K of 24:25.3 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 12.

2021 (Track & Field): Had her top indoor mile of the season on Jan. 29 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic with a 5:34.56… Posted her best 3000 of the year with an 11:27.42 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic on Jan. 29… Finished in 2:27.96 in her lone outdoor 800 of the season on March 19 at SIU… Had her season-best outdoor 1500 at 5:02.89 on April 9 at the Big Blue Classic… Competed in the 5000 on April 16 at the Gibson Invitational and finished in 18:52.19… Member of MVC Academic Honor Roll.

2020-21 (Cross Country): Competed in the MVC Championship on March 3 and finished sixth on the team in 21:50.9.

Prep (Athletics): Ran four seasons for the Lake Country Lutheran Lightning and was a four-time varsity letter winner… Was twice named team MVP, twice earned first team all-conference and helped her team qualify for the 2016 state championship… Two-time conference champion in cross country… Is her school’s freshman and sophomore recordholder... Ran track for three seasons for the Lightning and was a sectional qualifier and team MVP in each of those seasons… Was a first and second team all-conference medalist and two-time second team conference champion… Holds school records in the 1600 and 800 and was part of the record-setting 4x400 relay team.

Prep (Academics / Extra Curricular): Graduated as the valedictorian of her class… Was a three-time Student Council representative while also serving as a member of National Honor Society.

Personal: Both of her parents and grandparents are Valpo graduates… Pursuing a degree in psychology… Part of Christ College, the school’s honors college… Is a third-degree black belt in taekwondo… Enjoys playing the piano and learned from her father starting at age 5… Daughter of Philip and Rachel Roeglin… Has two siblings, Sarah and Maria… Hobbies include art, photographer and going to state parks… Has double-jointed elbows.
