Valpo's Pfaender Earns All-Tournament Honors

Valparaiso University’s Erika Pfaender (Pewaukee, Wis./Arrowhead H.S.) has been named to the Horizon League’s All-Tournament Team after tying for fifth place at the league championships this past weekend in Florida.

Pfaender finished with rounds of 78, 83, and 81 for a 242 total on the par-73 Mission Inn Golf and Tennis Resort course.

The freshman finished as the team’s leader with an 83.3 stroke average for the season. Her 78 matched her low round during her rookie campaign.
