Freshman Carly Schiene (Mokena, Ill. / Lincoln-Way Central) tied for Valpo’s top Round-3 score and held the outright team lead for the tournament.
How It Happened
Thoughts from Head Coach Jill McCoy
"Carly finished strong and steady today. She was hitting her driver great all day. I look forward to watching her continue to improve and grow all spring. Morgan also had a good round today. She is starting to show her potential. Overall, I am happy with the improvement we made from the first round. I am hopeful we can continue to improve each tournament as a team also."
