Valparaiso dropped a pair of contests on Saturday afternoon in Green Bay, Wis. as the Crusaders fell 127-68 against South Dakota State and 125-63 versus Wisconsin-Green Bay in a double-dual meet.

Tina Vande Vusse (Des Plaines, Ill./Maine West H.S.) won the 50 freestyle for the Crusaders, the lone victory the Brown and Gold would post on the day. She touched the wall in 25.10 seconds.

Amanda Gregory (Carmel, Ind./Carmel H.S.) posted the only other top-three finish for the Crusaders on the afternoon, doing so in two events. She was runner-up in the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:32.10 while also finishing third in the 200 free, touching the wall in 2:04.92.

Valparaiso (1-5) will return to the pool on Sunday in Milwaukee, Wis. against Wisconsin-Milwaukee and also the same South Dakota State squad. The meet begins at 1 p.m.
