Valpo junior Sophie Morelock (Milan, Mich./Milan) represented the women’s swimming program on the Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete Team, as released by the conference office this afternoon.

A psychology major, Morelock currently maintains a 3.814 cumulative grade point average. She has been a member of the MVC Honor Roll each of the last two years.

Morelock ranks on Valpo’s all-time top-10 charts in both the 100 and 200 back. She led Valpo at the recently completed MVC Championships in the 200 back and was also a member of the Beacons’ 800 free relay squad.
