2016-17: As a sophomore, Betsy contributed to several freestyle races, and led the team in the 1650-free, registering a time of 19.04.43. She also posted the fourth-best time for Valpo in the 500-free, coming in at 5:32.52. In the 200-free, Betsy had the fifth-best time on the squad at 2:05.26, and recorded a time of 28.97 in the 50-free.

2015-16: Competed in freestyle events throughout her freshman year ... posted top times of 28.03 for the 50 free, 2:04.74 for the 200 free, 5:28.02 for the 500 free, 11:24.39 for the 1000 free and 18:36.90 for the 1650 free ... ranked third on the team in both the 1000 and 1650 free events.
