Valparaiso posted a 116-98 victory over IUPUI on Tuesday evening in Saint Louis, Mo. but the Crusaders dropped contests against Saint Louis and Centenary as part of a triple-dual meet.

The Crusaders fell 133-79 to Centenary and 159.5-58.5 to the Billikens.

Rachel Majercik (Schaumburg, Ill./Conant H.S.) led the way for the Brown and Gold with a second place finish in the 50 freestyle. The freshman touched the wall in 25.58 seconds.

Elizabeth Thompson (Norman, Okla./North H.S.) finished third in the 200 butterfly with a time of 2:16.01 while Amanda Gregory (Carmel, Ind./Carmel H.S.) tied for third in the 100 free with a mark of 55.68 seconds.

Valpo (3-8) will return to the water in Saint Louis again on Wednesday morning beginning at 10 a.m. for another triple-dual meet against the same three schools.
