Valpo Men's and Women's Swim Teams Earn Academic All-America Honors

The College Swim Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) has awarded Academic All-America honors to both the Crusader men's swimming and diving team and the Crusader women's swimming and diving team for the fall semester.

This marks the third straight semester the teams have been honored.

The Valpo men's team tied for 7th nationally in the rankings released by the CSCAA, as head coach Bryan Morrison's squad recorded a cumulative team GPA of 3.27 for the spring semester. This earned the Crusaders a superior rating.

The women's team also qualified for All-America accolades, earning an excellent rating, having registered a team GPA of 3.10 for the fall semester.

To qualify for the team Academic All-America award, squads must have recorded a cumulative GPA of 2.80 for the fall semester.
