2005-2006: Posted the eighth fastest 500 free time in school history (5:19.91) ... named to the Mid-Continent Conference All-Academic Team ... on the Mid-Con Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence ... team's Most Valuable Swimmer.

2004-2005: A Second Team All Mid-Con selection ... swam the fifth fastest 200 free (1:57.54) time ever ... swam Valpo's ninth fastest 50 free time (25.16) ever ... turned in the eighth fastest 100 free (54.33) all-time ... a member of the school record 200 and 800 freestyle relays ... Valpo's Mental Attitude Award winner ... named to the Mid-Con All-Academic Team.

2003-2004: Competed in freestyle events ranging from 50-500 yards ... turned in career best time of 1:01.95 in the 100 butterfly.

Prep: A three-year letterwinner for the Greyhounds ... a member of the state champion 200 medley relay.

Personal: Amanda is the daughter of Richard and Rebecca Gregory ... major is elementary education ... born July 11, 1985.
