The Valparaiso University women’s tennis team is hosting a service project called Racquet Roundup through October 15.

The team is collecting cans of new tennis balls, children’s tennis shoes (any size), and gently used racquets, including junior racquets, for needy children around the world. Cash donations are also being collected for the Professional Tennis Registry to repair equipment and buy more supplies for the children in need.

“The women’s tennis team is excited to help promote tennis, fitness, and fun,” commented head coach Traci Young. “We like to serve.”
