2015-16: Competed in 10 singles matches and 19 doubles contests as a sophomore...collected a 6-3, 6-4 victory over Lewis's Megan Conlin at the Bronco Invitational on Oct. 10...teamed up with Meg Modesto to overthrow Sacred Heart's Lindsey Post and Claudia Ruiz by a score of 6-3 in Puerto Rico on March 6...blanked Green Bay's Noel Peck/Stephanie Londre 6-0, on April 9 alongside Halle Roach...named to Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.

2014-15: Competed in three doubles matches and a singles tilt in her rookie campaign with the Crusaders...named to Horizon League Spring Academic Honor Roll.

Prep: A four-year letter winner for the Buccaneers...named All-OK Red Conference three times (2012, 2013, 2014)...earned Second Team All-Area distinction in 2013 and First Team All-Area honors in 2014...served as team captain and named Team MVP her senior season...played at No. 1 singles her sophomore, junior and senior campaigns...was named Academic All-State in 2014...member of National Honors Society.

Personal: Erin is the daughter of David and Becky Staal...her brother Scott is a former quarterback for the Crusader football team...majoring in elementary education.
