The Mid-Continent Conference head coaches have predicted a fifth place finish for the Valparaiso University women's track team during the indoor season.

Oral Roberts, the defending conference champions, have been selected to repeat, followed by Southern Utah. Western Illinois has been picked third, followed by UMKC, the Crusaders, and Chicago State.

Valpo will be in action on the oval Saturday afternoon at the Carthage Division I Invitational. The meet will kick-off at 11 a.m. in Kenosha, Wis.
