Valparaiso head track and field coach Ryan Moore announced today the indoor and outdoor schedules for the 2008-2009 campaign.

The indoor slate will kick off December 6 at the Michigan State Invitational in East Lansing, Mich.  The Crusaders will also run at Grand Valley State, Michigan, Findlay, Notre Dame, DePauw, Chicagoland and Purdue during the indoor campaign, before heading to Greencastle, Ind. to take part in the Horizon League Indoor Championships February 27-28.  The NCAA Indoor Championships will be held March 13-14 in College Station, Texas.

The outdoor season begins April 4 at the DePauw Invitational in Greencastle, Ind.  Valpo will also compete at Chicagoland, Mt. SAC, Louisville, Drake, Hillsdale and Butler throughout the month of April.  The Horizon League Outdoor Championships will take place May 1-3 in Lisle, Ill.  Any athletes that qualify for the NCAA Mideast Regional will compete May 29-30 in Louisville, Ky., while the NCAA Outdoor Championships will be held June 10-13 in Fayetteville, Ark.
