Grace Aurand (Highland, Ind./Highland) was impressive in her first collegiate outdoor final, competing in two events on Sunday and moving up in the program record book in one of them.
Will Maidment (Woodstock, Ill./Woodstock) earned all-Missouri Valley Conference honors in the men’s high jump to lead the Valparaiso University track & field teams on the second day of the MVC Championships in Carbondale, Ill. Maidment’s mark tied for third in program history and ranked third in the event.
