2004: Turned in the fourth best toss ever in the weight throw (44'11") indoors in 2004 ... outdoor ranks fifth on the Crusaders' all-time list in the discus with a throw of 109'2" last year ... also moved into fifth all-time in the hammer throw with a mark of 124'5" in 2004 ... named to the Mid-Con All-Academic Team.
