2007: Competed in 12 meets during her junior season ... named the Crusaders' most improved athlete ... surpassed personal best indoors with a leap of 32'0 1/4" in the triple jump at the Chicago Invitational ... finished second at the Puma Invitational in the pole vault ... posted a season-best height of 10'6" in the pole vault at the Butler Twilight ... a member of the Mid-Con All-Academic team ... named to the Fall 2007 Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.

2006: Member of third-fastest 4x100m relay in school history outdoors (49.37) ... also set personal best in outdoor long jump with a leap of 15'7" ... season-best triple jump outdoors was 32'9" ... registered indoor season-bests of 15'4" in the long jump and 30'3" in the triple jump ... named to Mid-Con All-Academic team.

Personal: Carissa is the daughter of Mike and Patti Heinold ... majors are secondary education and mathematics ... born November 9, 1985.
