2007 (Track and Field): Ran in eight meets for the Crusaders as a sophomore ... earned All Mid-Continent Conference honors outdoors, finishing third in the 10,000m run ... moved into fourth place on Valpo's all-time chart in the outdoor 10K with a time of 38:08.03 at the Hillsdale Gina Relays ... finished third at the Boilermaker Invitational in the 3,000m run during the indoor campaign ... a member of the Mid-Con All-Academic team ... named to the Fall 2007 Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.
