Had the top indoor 600m run time of any Crusader, going 1:46.63 on Dec. 2... Ran on the indoor 4x400 relay team that had Valpo's top time of the season in that event, a 4:06.61 on Feb. 26... Also a member of the indoor distance medley relay that went 13:39.49 on Feb. 25... Finished the outdoor 100m dash in a season-best time of 13.97 on March 25... 2016: Competed in the indoor 200m dash (28.88), 400m (1:04.19), 4x400m relay (4:12.62) and distance medley relay (13.25.09)…ran a season best of 29.04 in the 200m outdoor event…1:03.14 for a team second best mark in the 400m race.

2015: Part of the team’s top indoor distance medley relay (13:03.42)…ran in the 200m dash (29.34)…held a time of 1:04.44 in the 400m dash…member of the 4x400m relay team (4:01.79)…top team for the outdoor 4x400m relay (4:03.75)…mark of 1:03.26 in the 400m dash.
