2020: Led the team in the weight throw while competing in six meets for the Brown & Gold… Posted back-to-back first-place finishes in the weight throw, first with a 54-5½ (16.60m) on Jan. 17 and later a 54-6¾ (16.63m) at the John Gartland Invitational on Jan. 24… Finished third in the weight throw with a mark of 54-3¾ (16.55m) on Feb. 7 at the Windy City Rumble… Recorded her career best in the weight throw on Feb. 15 at the GVSU Big Meet, where her mark of 55-4¼ (16.87m) ranks third all-time for Valpo… Finished the year with a 51-9¼ (15.78m) weight throw in the MVC Indoor Championships on March 1.

2019: Competed in every indoor meet for Valpo as a sophomore, appearing exclusively in the weight throw… Had her best performance in the team’s opening meet with a sixth-place finish at the Blue and Gold Invitational and a mark of 50-9½ (15.48m)… Finished eighth in a large field at the GVSU Tune-Up on Feb. 15, hitting a distance of 49-1 (14.96m)… Hit 48-9½ (14.87m) at the MVC Indoor Championships… Set a personal record in javelin throw at 87-4 1/2 (26.63m), shot put 35-38 ½ (10.88m) and discus 121-3 (36.96m)… Finished in the Top 5 in program history in the hammer throw with a 151-2 (46.08) at the Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational.

2018: On Jan. 12 at the Bob Eubanks Open, recorded a distance of 35-06, which was the team’s third-best indoor distance… Earned the team’s best distance in the weight throw with 51-1 on Feb. 24 at the MVC Indoor Championships… With a team best in the hammer throw on April 7 at the Gibson Invite, threw for a distance of 143-7.25. On May 13 at the MVC Championships, she threw for a distance of 115-6.61 in Discus.
