2020: Recorded her season-best long jump of 16-5¾ (5.02m) on Jan. 17 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic… Twice set the program record in the pentathlon, initially in her first pentathlon on Feb. 7 at the Windy City Rumble, where she scored 2,261 points… Became Valpo’s first pentathlete in a conference meet since 2008 when she bested her own record and posted a score of 2,516 at the MVC Indoor Championships, during which she also posted career bests in the 60-meter hurdles, high jump and shot put.

2019: Started the season off at Notre Dame’s Blue and Gold Invitational with a third-place finish in the triple jump, hitting 33-0½ (10.07m)… Finished third in the long jump (17-0¾; 5.20m) and fourth in the triple jump (33-4; 10.16m) at the GVSU Tune-Up on Feb. 15… Finished the indoor schedule with a triple jump of 34-6¾ (10.53m) and a career-best long jump of 17-6 (5.33m) at the MVC Indoor Championships…Had her outdoor season best in the long jump at the MVC Outdoor Championships on May 12 with a mark of 16-4 1/2 (4.99m) and triple jump on April 6 at the Gibson Invitational with a mark of 33-6 ½ (10.22m).

2018: On Feb. 24 at the MVC Indoor Championships, recorded a distance of 16-04 ½ in the long jump… Recorded a distance of 34-03 ½ in the triple jump on Feb. 25 at the MVC Indoor Championships… On April 7 at the Gibson Invite, she recorded a team second best in the outdoor performance of the triple jump with a distance of 34-11.75… For the MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, recorded a team-best 15-3.86 in the long jump.

2017: Had Valpo's top time in the indoor 200m dash at 27.37 on Feb. 17... Also led the Crusaders in the indoor 300m dash, going 46.06 on Jan. 13, a time that ranks fourth in program history... Turned in a 15-7.75 in the indoor long jump on Dec. 2... Notched a 32-7.75 in the indoor triple jump on Feb. 10... Also had the team's best outdoor 200m dash time of the year, a 26.77 on April 22... Member of the 4x100m relay team that finished in 50.88 on April 15... Leaped 15-9.5 in the outdoor long jump on March 18... Acheived a 32-5.75 in the outdoor triple jump on March 18.

Prep: Four-year letter winner for the Dukes & Duchesses…broke school record in the 4x400m relay with a time of 4:03.80…three-year state qualifier…three-year all-conference performer…three-year team captain…two-time team leadership award winner…placed ninth in the 4x400m relay her sophomore season…one letter in cross country…most improved award winner senior year…four-year letterwinner for the dance team…two-time team leadership award winner…one letter in basketball…member of National Honor Society…Illinois State Scholar…Highest Honors Honor Roll…Sauk Scholar.
