2020 (Track & Field): Competed in five meets for Valpo during the indoor season… Ran her career-best 3000-meter run on Jan. 17 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic, finishing in 11:23.99… Finished eighth in the 5000-meter run on Jan. 24 at Indiana State’s John Gartland Invitational with a time of 20:04.81… Finished sixth in the 3000 at the Windy City Rumble on Feb. 7 with a time of 11:26.70… Ran a time of 5:47.48 in the mile at the GVSU Big Meet on Feb. 15.

2019 (Cross Country): Competed in all six meets for Valpo during her junior campaign...Ran her season’s best 5K on Oct. 4 at Notre Dame’s Joe Piane Invite, crossing the line at 20:02.12… Set her career-record 6K time of 23:53.1 at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 18... Competed in the MVC Championship on Nov. 2 in Valparaiso, running the 5K course in 20:44.4. Also competed in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional in Madison, Wis. on Nov. 15, recording a 6K time of 23:31.7. 

2019 (Track & Field): Did not compete for Valpo during the indoor or outdoor season.

2018 (Cross Country): Ran in every meet as a sophomore during the 2018 season…Finished second on the team and achieved her top 5K finish of the year at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships, where she completed the circuit in 19:38.7.

2018 (Track & Field): On Jan. 27 recorded a team’s first and second best in the indoor one mile run and the 3000 meter run with times of 5:42.85 and 11:14.93… Recorded a time of 19:08.05 in the indoor 5000 meter run at the Grand Valley State Tune Up… On April 28 at the Crusader Invite, was second on the team in the 5000m run with a time of 19:52.33….. Held the team’s best all-around performance in 3000m steeplechase at the MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 11 with a time of 12:03.58.

2017 (Cross Country): Compiled a top-two finish for the team in her first collegiate meet, crossing the line in 19:28.10 at the Crusader Open ... Finshed second for Valpo at the NCAA Regionals (24:33.50) ... Tallied a third-place mark at the MVC Championships, ending her first conference championships with a time of 20:03.70 ... Had another third-place nod at the Notre Dame Invitational, ending the 6K in 23:51.30.

Prep: Four-time letter winner for the Trojans ... three time all-conference performer ... 2014 and 2015 IHSA cross country sectional qualifier ... 2013 and 2016 team sectional qualifier ... team conference champions in 2013 and 2014 ... four-year letterwinner in track ... all-conference in the 3,200m race in 2016 and 2017 ... third place in the 2017 sectional in the 3,200m event ... competed in sectionals all four years ... conference team champions in 2014 and 2016 ... 2016 indoor track all-conference in the 4x800m relay ... 2016 and 2017 Female Scholar Athlete of the Year ... academic all-conference honors in cross country and track ...
