2023 (Cross Country): Was third on the team at 19:20.4 in the 5K at the Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 1... Finished the 6K in 23:50.4 on Sept. 15 at the Redbird Invite... Was third on the team at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational with a 5K time of 19:38.8... Stopped the clock in 23:42.3 in the 6K at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 13... Completed the MVC Championship 6K in 23:59.3 on Oct. 27... Raced in the 6K at the NCAA Regional and posted a time of 24:13.1.

2023 (Track & Field): Had her best marks of the indoor season during the MVC Championship on Feb. 26, notching a 10:43.83 in the 3000 and a 17:42.47 in the 5000… Stopped the clock in 40:49.35 in the 10,000 at the MVC Outdoor Championships… Other outdoor season bests included 18:31.92 in the 5,000 at the Clark Wood Open and 4:59.41 in the 1,500 at the Elaine Leigh Invite… Earned Valparaiso University Presidential Academic Honors… Named to CSC Academic All-District Team.

2022 (Cross Country): Turned in a 6K time of 26:20.31 at the Spartan Invite on Sept. 16... Finished the 5K in 19:57.6 on Sept. 30 at the Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational... Finished the 6K in 24:08.7 on Oct. 14 at the Bradley Pink Classic... Had a 6K time of 24:32.2 at the MVC Championship on Oct. 28... Turned in a 6K of 24:05.2 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 11.

2022 (Track & Field): Had the team’s top 5,000 time of the season at 19:17.52... Notched a personal best in the indoor mile on Feb. 19 at the ISU Open with a time of 5:28.69... Earned Valparaiso University Presidential Academic Honors.

2021 (Cross Country): Finished second on the team with a 19:47.1 in the 5K to open the season at the Valparaiso Winrow Open... Finished the 6K in 24:10.4 at the Illinois State Invite on Sept. 17... Completed the 5K in 19:36.3 at the Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational on Oct. 1 to rank second on the team... Finished the Bradley Pink Classic 6K in 24:40.5 on Oct. 15... Crossed the 6K finish in 24:56.4 at the MVC Championship on Oct. 29... Was third on the squad with a 6K time of 23:56.8 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 12.

2021 (Track & Field): Had the team’s second-best indoor 3000 mark of the year with a 10:54.66 on Feb. 13 at the GVSU Big Meet… Competed in the outdoor 1500 on April 16 at the Gibson Invitational and turned in a 4:57.40… Had her best outdoor 5000 of the season on March 19 at the SIU Bill Cornell Invite, a 19:08.15… Was the only runner on the team to compete in the outdoor 10,000, turning in a season-best 39:51.08 on May 14 at the MVC Championships… Member of MVC Academic Honor Roll.

2020-21 (Cross Country): Competed in the MVC Championship on March 3 at Evansville and had a 20:23.1 time that was fourth on the team.

Prep (Athletic): Had four years of varsity cross country and track & field experience while also running with the Aurora Flyers track team for two years… was a 2020 indoor state qualifier in the 3200, 2020 AAU All-American in the 800, four-year cross country sectional qualifier, 2019 cross country captain, 2019 cross country all-conference choice and all-area honoree, 2019 sectional medalist in the 4x400, 2019 track & field all-conference honoree, 2017 cross country Top Runner, 2017 cross country all-area, 2016 4x800 sectional medalist, 2016 cross country all-conference, 2016 cross country Rookie of the Year and 2016 cross country Most Improved Runner… Set freshman/sophomore records in both the mile and the 800.

Prep (Academic / Extra Curricular): Activities outside of running included indoor soccer, dance team, Illinois Leadership Seminar’s Alumni Board, Student Council, DCP/Safe, United Way, Youth Engaged in Philanthropy, Genoa-Kingston Education Foundation, WYSE Team, Math Team, Academic Bowl and tutor… Was an Illinois state scholar, AP scholar, National Honor Society member, honor roll student and an academic all-conference honoree…Completed nearly 400 hours of community service.

Personal: Majoring in civil engineering… Hobbies include solving puzzles, playing board games and baking cookies… Once made 390 cookies in one night… Played the piano for 11 years… Knows how to weave and sew… Daughter of Andrea and Jim Overstreet… Has a brother, Owen.
