2022 (Cross Country): Participated in the Nov. 30 Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational.

2022 (Track & Field): Finished with a personal best in the indoor mile at the Mastodon Invitational with a time of 6:14.70... Recorded a PR in the indoor 800 at the ISU Open by finishing the race in 2:44.45.

2021 (Cross Country): Finished the 5K in 21:22.4 to open the season at the Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 3... Improved her 5K time to 21:12.2 at the Notre Dame – Joe Piane Invitational on Oct. 1... Raced in her only 6K of the year on Oct. 15 at the Bradley Pink Classic and finished in 26:08.9.

2021 (Track & Field): Ran in the indoor 3000 twice including a season-best 12:11.02 on Feb. 13 at the GVSU Big Meet… Competed in the outdoor 1500 (5:33.21, April 16, Gibson Invitational) once and the outdoor 5000 on three occasions, turning in a personal-best 20:55.37 on May 1 at the Valpo Invitational.

2020-21 (Cross Country): Competed in the MVC Championship on March 3 and finished the race in 22:37.5

Prep: Started her prep career at Portage before transferring to South Newton… Was an individual regional qualifier and team MVP while placing third in the Midwest Conference and running varsity for three years… A scholar-athlete, National Honor Society member and honor roll student.

Personal: Majoring in exercise science… Involved with volunteer work at her church… Daughter of Kristina and Robert Thaxton… Has two sisters, Claire and Peyton… Enjoys baking, spending time with family and friends and arts and crafts… Started running in fourth grade… Born in Portsmouth, Va.
