The Valparaiso University Department of Athletics has reached an agreement with ISP Sports, the country’s foremost collegiate sports marketing company, to provide revenue consulting services and serve as the exclusive national marketer for the Crusaders, the school has announced.

With the partnership, which officially went into effect on July 1, ISP will work with the Valparaiso Department of Athletics to market a variety of corporate sponsorship opportunities, including live play-by-play game radio broadcasts, various athletic department publications, signage in on-campus facilities, and corporate hospitality events.

“To be working side by side with an organization that has ISP’s national recognition and level of expertise is tremendous”, said Valpo’s Director of Athletics Mark LaBarbera.  “ISP has the experience to help us take the excitement of beginning competition in the Horizon League and our long established reputation of student-athlete success to a broader regional and national audience.”

Based in Winston-Salem, N.C., ISP Sports is the multi-media rights holder for more than 40 nationally recognized college athletic programs, as well as five major conferences and two postseason bowl games.

“ISP is pleased to partner with Valparaiso University as its athletics marketing consultant,” Ben Sutton, President and CEO of ISP Sports, says.  “We are confident that we can assist in building a more efficient and productive sales and marketing program for Crusader Athletics and look forward to this new relationship.”
