Ashley Whitcraft joined the Valpo Athletics staff in September 2022, serving as an assistant athletic trainer who works with the men’s basketball program.

Prior to her time at Valpo, Whitcraft served as the head athletic trainer at Ancilla College from January 2019 to September 2022. She was also the head athletic trainer at North Newton High School from August 2015 to January 2019.

Whitcraft gained experience as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Purdue Fort Wayne from January 2014 to June 2015, working with women’s soccer, men’s and women’s tennis and baseball. She earned her master’s in organizational leadership and supervision from Purdue Fort Wayne in December 2015 after graduating with a bachelor’s in athletic training from Indiana State in May 2013.
