Alyssa Cloninger joined the Valpo Athletics staff in June 2023 as an assistant athletic trainer. She works with the volleyball and track & field programs.
Cloninger earned her bachelor’s in kinesiology from Texas A&M University in May 2021 before going on to earn her master’s in athletic training from Texas Tech University in May 2023.
Cloninger has worked as a graduate athletic training student at Coronado High School in addition to working with volleyball at Texas Tech. She also worked as a graduate athletic training student at Lubbock Christian University, where she handled women’s soccer, men’s soccer, track & field, cross country and softball.
