Bastin Named to CoSIDA Academic All-District Football Team

Junior Grayson Bastin (Fort Wayne, Ind./Homestead) was named to the 2015-16 College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Academic All-District Team, as announced by the organization Thursday.

Bastin, a biology major, owns a 3.70 grade point average in the classroom. On the field, the running back averages 4.9 yards per carry for the Crusader offense. As a result of Thursday's nomination, Bastin is now eligible for Academic All-American accolades. 

To be eligible for Academic All-District and Academic All-America, student-athletes must hold at least sophomore status, own a minimum grade-point average of 3.30, and be either a starter or key reserve. District V consists of schools in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio.
