Valpo concluded a long weekend with a 7-0 loss to Cleveland State Sunday at the Paramount Tennis Club.

The Crusaders dropped matches at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles to surrender the point to the Vikings.

Cleveland State won in straight sets at five of the six singles spots.

Freshman Lucas Waak and Nolan Marks went to a tiebreaker in the third set of their match at No. 5 singles. Marks prevailed 10-8 in the extra set.  

IPFW will be in town Thursday to play the Crusaders at the Valpo Tennis Complex at 3:00 pm.

Valpo will honor Chris Baum on Senior Day.
