Ehm Sets Program Record in Indoor 5,000 at Meyo Invitational
Simeon Ehm (left) set a program record in the indoor 5,000 on Friday night at Notre Dame.

Not one, not two, but three members of the Valparaiso University men’s track & field team outdid the previous program record in the 5,000 on Friday night as the Beacons boasted their best performance in the evening’s final event on the first day of the two-day competitive Meyo Invitational, hosted by the University of Notre Dame in Notre, Dame, Ind. At the forefront of the strong showing was Simeon Ehm (Castle Rock, Colo. / Heritage), who is the new program record holder in the 5,000.
