2014 (Track): Registered top indoor times of 2:08.76 for the 800m run and 5:02.89 for the one mile run ... posted best times of 2:10.49 for 800m and 4:39.46 for 1,500m during the outdoor season ... member of HL Academic Honor Roll.

2013 (Cross Country): Studied abroad and did not compete.

2013 (Track): Ranked second on the team in the one mile run (4:38.41) and was third-fastest in the 800m run (2:03.67) indoors ... was the second-fastest Crusader outdoors in the 1,500m run (4:18.49) and also posted a top time of 10:43.37 in the 3,000m steeplechase ... 

2012 (Cross Country): Competed in five races for the Crusaders in his sophomore season...finished in the top-five for Valpo runners in the Crusader Open with a time of 21:12.4...tallied seventh-best for the Crusaders at the Indiana Intercollegiates, Notre Dame Invitational, and Evansville Invitational...crossed the line at 28:00 in the Horizon League Championships 8K.

2012 (Track): Paced team indoors in the 800m run (2:00.16) and ranked third in the one mile run (4:28.65) ... led Crusaders outdoors in the 800m run (1:58.64) and ranked second in the 1,500m run (4:05.66).

2011 (Cross Country): Ran in five races for Crusaders as a rookie ...debuted at the Crusader Open with a 5K time of 18:17.7 ... contributed to team score at Knight Invitational with season-best time of 29:20.6 over 8K.

Prep: A three-year letterwinner for the Tigers … team conference champion as a senior … indoor state champion in the 4x800 meter as a senior … also earned three letters each in cross-country and ice hockey.
