2018 (Track): Placed seventh with a time of 9:06.45 during the Fred Wilt Invitational on Jan. 28…Won the 5000 meter run at Grand Valley State Feb. 15 with a season-best time of 15:56.49.

2017 (Cross Country): Capped off his senior year by finishing first on three occassions for the Crusaders ... Had a time of 34:13.50 at the NCAA Regionals. leading all Valpo runners ... Tallied best top-8K mark at the MVC Championships, garnering a time of 26:43.19.

2017 (Track): Had his best indoor 5,000m run time on Feb. 11, 16:24.62... Set a career best by completing the outdoor 5,000m run in 16:01.99 on April 29. 

2016 (Cross Country): Did not compete in any race this season for Valparaiso.

2016 (Track): Did not compete this season.

2015 (Track): As a freshman, competed as a long distance runner ... earned a time of 4:49.86 in the indoor mile…a 9:10.88 in the 3,000m run…a 16:11.60 in the 5,000m race ... led the team in the outdoor 10,000m event (33:19.60) ... finished the year with a 16:21.48 in the 5,000m run…a 4:21.86 in the 1,500m race.

Prep: Four-time letter winner for the Indians ... All-Region and All-Conference in 2013 ... All-District in 2012 and 2010 ... also lettered in track ... All-Conference in 1600 and 3200m ... All-Region and state in 3200m ... member of the National Honor Society.
