2020 (Track & Field): Competed in two events for Valpo during his sophomore indoor season… Ran his career-best 3000-meter run time on Jan. 25 at the John Gartland Invitation hosted by Indiana State, finishing third with a time of 10:19.85.

2019 (Cross Country): Competed in one race for Valpo, recording a time of 21:17.8 in the 6K at the Crusader Open, which Valpo hosted on Sept. 6.

2019 (Track & Field): Did not compete during the indoor season. Competed in four outdoor meets for Valpo. Recorded his best 3,000-meter steeplechase of 10:34.52 on April 6 at Gibson Invitational. Ran the 5,000-meter race and recorded a career-best time of 17:14.19 on March 23 at Polar Bear Invitational.

2018 (Cross Country): Competed in four meets as a freshman during the 2018-19 season…Top performance came at the Greater Louisville Classic, where he turned in a 27:59.9 effort…Also ran in the Crusader Open, where he finished in 21:36.4.
