2020: Competed in the weight throw in six indoor meets for Valpo during his sophomore season… Began his year with an eighth-place finish at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic on Jan. 17 after his 52-1¾ (15.89m)… Followed that performance up with a victory in the weight throw at the John Gartland Invitational at Indiana State on Jan. 25, throwing a career-best and team season-best of 56-7¼ (17.25m)… Authored his second-consecutive first-place finish in the weight throw on Feb. 8 at University of Chicago’s Windy City Rumble when he threw for 56-4½ (17.18m)… Finished 10th at the MVC Indoor Championships with a 55-1 (16.79m) mark in the weight throw.

2019: Had the team’s second-best indoor weight throw of the season as a freshman, hitting a mark of 46-5¼ (14.15m) at the MVC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23 at UNI… Recorded his best mark in the shot put with a throw of 41-2¼ (12.55m) on Feb. 2 at the Fred Wilt Open at Purdue... Had his best meet of the outdoor season April 27 at Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational, where he recorded a 10th-place finish in the discuss throw (134-4) and a 12th-place finish in the hammer throw (138-7)- both career bests... At MVC Outdoor Championships on May 12, threw 127-9 in the discus and 136-6 in the hammer throw.

Prep: Was a three-time field event MVP for his school, earning that honor as a sophomore, junior and senior… Named second-team all-conference in the discus and first-team all-conference in the shot put as a senior… Was a throwing captain… In addition to accruing four letters in track and field, competed in basketball (freshman), football (freshman and sophomore) and swimming (junior)… Was a member of National Honor Society and earned a place on the honor roll all four years… Served as a peer mentor as a sophomore and junior… Holds the Lowell Middle School shot put and discus records.

Personal: Son of Mary Pat and Ed Juszczak… Born on July 25, 1999… The oldest of four boys… Majoring in business.
