2009: Saw action in 46 games as a freshman for the Crusaders, making 45 starts … majority of action came as designated player, while also earning starts at both middle infield positions … one of two Valpo players to earn All-Newcomer Team accolades from the Horizon League … hit .303 on the season and raised batting average to .321 in league-only play … blasted six home runs on the season, tied for fourth in a single season in Crusader history and already tied for eighth on Valpo career chart … also drove in 26 runs as a freshman, sixth-most in a year all-time at Valpo … had 11 multi-hit games and drove in multiple runs on four occasions … drove in season-high three runs against Holy Cross on March 5 … hit first career home run March 6 and followed the next day with another round-tripper … posted three-hit days March 23 at IUPUI and April 23 at Butler … scored two runs March 25 at Northern Illinois and April 11 at Youngstown State … tallied two home runs and a double while also drawing two walks over three games at HL Championship May 7-8.

Prep: A four-year letterwinner for the Sea Hawks ... named Bay League Most Outstanding Player as a sophomore ... a three-time All-Area selection ... earned All-League recognition four times, including First Team honors each of her final three years ... team captain as a senior ... also earned four letters in basketball ... team was two-time California Interscholastic Federation champion ...
