After spending four seasons as a player for the Valpo women’s basketball team, Hannah Schaub has remained with the program and taken on a graduate assistant role for the 2019-20 season.

Despite missing nearly all of 2017-18 and half of the 2018-19 season due to injuries, Schaub finished among Valpo’s all-time leaders in career assists. Her 289 assists rank ninth in the history of the program. She led the team in that category during both her freshman and sophomore seasons and dished out 134 as a sophomore in 2016-17, a total that ranks seventh in single-season program history. She also knocked down five 3-pointers in a game on two occasions as a rookie in 2015-16, doing so against Northern Colorado and Detroit Mercy.

The Brooklyn Park, Minn. native earned her undergraduate degree in marketing from Valparaiso. She is enrolled in the Global One-Year MBA program at Valpo and is expected to earn her master's degree in August 2020.
