The Valpo bowling program looks to return to the lanes this spring, as head coach Shon Washington unveiled the program’s schedule for the coming months on Wednesday.
The team is currently slated to return to action at the Railsplitter Classic Feb. 5-7, hosted by Lincoln Memorial University. The next weekend, Valpo will compete at the Flyer Classic, hosted by Lewis University.
Feb. 26-28 sees Valpo travel to Lincoln, Neb. to take part in Nebraska’s Big Red Invitational, followed by a trip to Vanderbilt for the Music City Classic the following weekend. The Southland Bowling League Championship is scheduled for March 19-21 in Houston, Texas.
The bowling team competed once in the fall semester, finishing in fifth place with a 7-6 record at McKendree’s Bearcat Hammer Open.
